The main characters are a couple, Margaret and Henry (married by the influence of Henry's father before he died) and their friends. Then you discover that between the girls, Antonia and Barbara, and Henry, there is something more the friendship, leading to doubts and discussions in the future.

IN my opinion the story is boring and very normal, because I love fantasy books and I don't like the realist novel. The good thing of the book isn't very difficult and if you like realist novel, this book will like you.
